怎樣訓(xùn)練*生的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力?
一 學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)怎么聽(tīng)?學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成功的保障。因此,在聽(tīng)力教學(xué)中,我非常注重加強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,掌握學(xué)習(xí)聽(tīng)力的基本方法,提高學(xué)習(xí)技能。具體方法如下:
1. 做準(zhǔn)備。快速瀏覽材料,捕捉文字信息,預(yù)測(cè)聽(tīng)力內(nèi)容,為聽(tīng)錄音做好準(zhǔn)備。
要求學(xué)生在做聽(tīng)力題時(shí),一定要利用還沒(méi)放錄音之前的一點(diǎn)時(shí)間,迅速地捕捉每條題目選項(xiàng)所提供的信息,學(xué)會(huì)預(yù)測(cè)句子、短文或?qū)υ?huà)可能涉及到的內(nèi)容,這樣才能在聽(tīng)錄音材料時(shí)做到有的放矢,有所側(cè)重,抓住關(guān)鍵詞,提高準(zhǔn)確性。
2. 強(qiáng)記憶。聽(tīng)錄音時(shí)要邊聽(tīng)邊記,強(qiáng)化記憶。記錄時(shí)要有重點(diǎn)、有技巧,如:數(shù)字用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字記錄,地點(diǎn)、人名用代號(hào),長(zhǎng)詞用縮寫(xiě),長(zhǎng)句抓住主要成份等。
3. 抓主旨。聽(tīng)句子回答問(wèn)題要把題干、問(wèn)題有機(jī)聯(lián)系在一起,聽(tīng)對(duì)話(huà)、短文,要抓住主旨大意。教學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)抓關(guān)鍵詞。在*英語(yǔ)五、*的聽(tīng)力測(cè)試中聽(tīng)短文做出判斷或選擇是個(gè)難點(diǎn),所以我們要求學(xué)生在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中注重捕捉聽(tīng)力材料中所涉及到的人物(who),時(shí)間(when),地點(diǎn)(where),事件(what)。因?yàn)槲覀兯虒?duì)象是*生,所以可以讓他們把英語(yǔ)中的聽(tīng)短文材料理解與語(yǔ)文中的短文閱讀作比較,掌握好這四個(gè)要素。另外對(duì)于一些特殊疑問(wèn)詞,比如原因(why),方式(how),程度(how much/ how long),數(shù)字(how many/ how much),選擇(which),在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中也要注意。
二 老師如何訓(xùn)練?
1.單項(xiàng)性聽(tīng)和整體性聽(tīng)相結(jié)合的方法
單項(xiàng)性聽(tīng)是把聽(tīng)的材料分為各個(gè)語(yǔ)言層次,讓學(xué)生分步聽(tīng),進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力基本訓(xùn)練。整體性聽(tīng)是在聽(tīng)力基本功訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)上所進(jìn)行的聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)。
2.分散訓(xùn)練和集中訓(xùn)練相結(jié)合的方法
分散訓(xùn)練主要是分散于詞匯、句型、語(yǔ)言、課文教學(xué)中以各種單位和各種方式進(jìn)行的聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)。由于聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)要求注意力高度集中,時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了易于使學(xué)生疲勞,所以分散訓(xùn)練是一種有效的方法。但是分散訓(xùn)練時(shí)間短,不能就聽(tīng)本身的訓(xùn)練進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)指導(dǎo)和安排,所以學(xué)生聽(tīng)力不易迅速提高。只有集中進(jìn)行聽(tīng)的訓(xùn)練,時(shí)間才能得到保證,教師才能集中精力,根據(jù)不同學(xué)生的不同聽(tīng)力困難,加以具體幫助和指導(dǎo)。
3.理解和反應(yīng)相結(jié)合的方法
學(xué)生在聽(tīng)力練習(xí)中,只有真正聽(tīng)懂了,才能作出正確反應(yīng),而是否聽(tīng)懂也只有靠作出反應(yīng)的正確與否來(lái)檢驗(yàn)。所以,如何才能使學(xué)生聽(tīng)得又快又好,是在訓(xùn)練中要著重解決的問(wèn)題。
三 老師如何引導(dǎo)?
在整個(gè)的聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練過(guò)程中,主要的參與對(duì)象是學(xué)生,老師主要是擔(dān)任引導(dǎo)者監(jiān)督者的角色。但是,這樣的引導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督,非常的重要,需要注意的內(nèi)容有如下
1.隨時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生注意力分散
聽(tīng)力練習(xí)是以聽(tīng)為中心的練習(xí),不同于其它的練習(xí),可以在過(guò)后很方便的再次呈現(xiàn),它是聽(tīng)的活動(dòng)結(jié)束,練習(xí)也相應(yīng)結(jié)束的。所以,老師應(yīng)該保證在聽(tīng)的過(guò)程中,少部分學(xué)生的注意力分散,避免對(duì)于走神者來(lái)說(shuō)的,題型的浪費(fèi),時(shí)間的浪費(fèi)。要做到學(xué)生在聽(tīng),老師聽(tīng)且兼看。聽(tīng)練習(xí)的內(nèi)容,看學(xué)生是否專(zhuān)注。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)有學(xué)生走神了,應(yīng)該迅速提醒,糾正其行為。
2.發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分學(xué)生有困惑的地方
練習(xí)過(guò)程中,老師的聽(tīng)和看是非常重要的。聽(tīng)能知道練習(xí)的內(nèi)容,看還能從多數(shù)學(xué)生的反應(yīng)里面,迅速知道學(xué)生的情況。遇到新的知識(shí)點(diǎn)的或者極容易出錯(cuò)的地方,有時(shí)甚至可以停下來(lái),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生探討,得出答案,還可以舉一反三,以后遇到相應(yīng)的題型,便能相對(duì)容易的完成。
3.注意引導(dǎo),熟悉題型之后注意提醒
在開(kāi)始進(jìn)行各種聽(tīng)力練習(xí)的訓(xùn)練的時(shí)候,老師要反復(fù)提醒學(xué)生運(yùn)用相應(yīng)的技巧,到了一定程度之后,老師便要從說(shuō)的角色,轉(zhuǎn)為提醒,讓學(xué)生自己回憶所需要的方法。
4.反復(fù)練習(xí)
學(xué)生聽(tīng)力技巧的形成也不是一次兩次練習(xí)就能形成的。老師要做到每隔幾天進(jìn)行練習(xí),保證技巧不斷的運(yùn)用,能力的不斷提高。
5.煽動(dòng)學(xué)生,激發(fā)他們的興趣
聽(tīng)力是相對(duì)靜的教學(xué)活動(dòng),難以在形式上激發(fā)學(xué)生的興趣,但也能從完成練習(xí)的成就感方面讓學(xué)生喜歡它。這要求聽(tīng)力難度要適中,偶爾有一定挑戰(zhàn)性;另外,老師在其過(guò)程中語(yǔ)言的煽動(dòng)性也能起到很好的刺激作用。如,在進(jìn)入題型之前,老師可以激發(fā)學(xué)生猜測(cè)題型,讓學(xué)習(xí)有個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)心里,并在完成練習(xí)之后稍微總結(jié)一下,看誰(shuí)對(duì)的多,讓學(xué)生收獲成就感。
