對(duì)于管理類專碩的考生們來(lái)說(shuō),英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)與聽(tīng)力測(cè)試,也會(huì)出現(xiàn)在面試中。越來(lái)越多的院校會(huì)在提前面試*核英語(yǔ)面試能力,一部分院校(例如北京理工*)則在提前面試中專注考生綜合背景考察,將英語(yǔ)放在來(lái)年面試中一起考察。

01面試中英文考察方式
1-全英文面試
主要集中在全英文授課的項(xiàng)目中,深度考察英語(yǔ)。
2-英文自我介紹
有的院校只需要同學(xué)們用英語(yǔ)做一個(gè)自我介紹,這種相對(duì)比較簡(jiǎn)單,也可以提前準(zhǔn)備。
3-英文問(wèn)答/現(xiàn)場(chǎng)抽題用英文作答。
這種考察方式看似毫無(wú)范圍,但是我們通過(guò)整理往期學(xué)員的面試問(wèn)題來(lái)看,較為高頻的考察話題為:報(bào)考動(dòng)機(jī)、教育背景、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、個(gè)人品質(zhì)等方面,和中文面試問(wèn)題類似,但是用英文作答有一定難度。
4-英文總結(jié)
多在小組面試中,*后1分鐘英文總結(jié)。
在面試*察的英語(yǔ),對(duì)于廣大MBA考生提出一個(gè)更高的要求,即口語(yǔ)中需充分體現(xiàn)工商管理的自身特點(diǎn),不僅要口語(yǔ)流利,而且要結(jié)合基本的管理知識(shí)回答問(wèn)題。

02如何準(zhǔn)備名校英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)面試
對(duì)于名校MBA來(lái)說(shuō),英語(yǔ)是一道難關(guān),因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)口語(yǔ)的水平是需要日積月累地下功夫,這樣訓(xùn)練出的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)比較純正,但是臨近面試的緊張時(shí)刻,我們也可以有針對(duì)地進(jìn)行練習(xí),也可以取得很好的提升效果,借此以解燃眉之急。
英文口語(yǔ)注重邏輯性、連貫性和清晰性,即使出現(xiàn)差錯(cuò)也要堅(jiān)持下去,不要害怕說(shuō)Sorry、Pardon。不要過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)語(yǔ)言本身的技巧,而應(yīng)言之有物,展示自身特點(diǎn)。

1)英語(yǔ)每天積累,堅(jiān)持發(fā)音,多朗誦,多交流,不要糊弄。
非常時(shí)期用非常對(duì)策,在職的考生大都忙著日常工作和復(fù)習(xí)筆試,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不接觸英語(yǔ)的發(fā)音和交流,一開(kāi)始會(huì)覺(jué)得張嘴說(shuō)英語(yǔ)句子都非常困難,更別提流暢表達(dá)了。建議大家盡可能的提前一些時(shí)間準(zhǔn)備,增強(qiáng)語(yǔ)感,單個(gè)的是單詞,單詞連起來(lái)就成了句子。像一位"英語(yǔ)*"說(shuō)的那樣:講英語(yǔ)就是要喊出來(lái)。當(dāng)然我們不必非要大聲喊,但是朗誦英語(yǔ)單詞或短文,是一個(gè)非常好的培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感的方法。

3)熟練的英文自我介紹
其實(shí)英語(yǔ)的自我介紹跟中文的自我介紹差不多,基本把中文的自我介紹翻譯過(guò)來(lái)即可,但是有以下幾點(diǎn)大家一定要注意:
①英文不像我們中文,如果沒(méi)有十分把握的話,不可刻意的追求語(yǔ)句華麗,以免張口就忘,簡(jiǎn)單自然就好。
②語(yǔ)速快慢不重要,重要的是說(shuō)而且是連貫的說(shuō),但不可表現(xiàn)出你是在背誦稿子。
③英文自我介紹除非有相關(guān)的時(shí)間規(guī)定,一般來(lái)說(shuō)控制在2-3分鐘左右*佳。

A: There is no doubt that English is very very important in MBA study. To begin with, almost all of the modern economic and management theory is coming from the developed English speaking countries. Secondly, MBA students usually have classes given by foreign teachers. What’s more, students with better English ability will have more opportunities to be selected as exchange student to other countries for academic activities.
