This past weekend my parents and I took me for a tour in Harbin. Harbin is a very amazing city with tons of attractions. We visited Central Avenue tasted Mordern Ice cream and paid a visit to the St. Sophia Cathedral in person.
It is worth mentioning that the Mordern Ice cream is the best dessert I have ever had. It is sweet but not greasy and melt immediately after one bite. I have heard such dessert was originated from Qing dynasty. people have been making it following the traditional procedure for hundreds of years.
